This person started following me and shooting at me, I don't know why and he didn't explain to me why, I think he just wants to kill me, this person thinks that other people's lives are worthless to him, as you can see I pulled out my gun so he would fear for his life, but he didn't worry and continued shooting at me and threatening me, I was subjected to violence by this person, I hope you punish him for what he did

In my defence, i would say

1) she pulled her gun out and was running from me clearly indicating she was suspicious and I was patrolling, I am LEO, and I was looking for her from my PDA, and when I saw the gun and that she was running, I had rights to shoot her without demands

2) There's no PG. If she had shown you the whole video, the animation would have looked like I was taking something out, but I haven't. Also, the animation seems more like my third point!!

3) while she was running I cuffed her wrist with my wrist very fast also I cuffed her from behind !!
