I am reaching out to you because I was banned after being muted by the user "El John" for 60 minutes. I do not understand the reason for this ban, and I initially thought it was a mistake. I even reset my PC in hopes of resolving the issue, but I am still banned.
I kindly request that you review my situation and, if possible, lift my ban.
