Rage Vorcielo Born in a Rich family in Bangladesh . His father is a buisnessman . They were runing criminal activities in bangladesh and soon they became famous when they make new gang . They were making a lot of money and they were happy with that unless the rival gang started taking over their buisness . But Rage was very active in criminal world that time and he became famous in Under world .Rage joined his father gang and started a fight with rival gang . Rage took a lot of money from buisnessman and order lot of guns and ammo from Italy . But when they try to recive the order rival gang attack on them and Rage friend get killed . Rage killed them and recive the ammunation . But , Rage father realised that if that happend again they are not able to runs the gang .Also media post news about gun fight but Rage father remove all news from internet because of his political influence .But, It was too late .People already saw Rage`s in picture . And because of public pressure Goverment issue arrest warrent against Rage and Rage don't have any other option without leaving Bangladesh .So, Rage made fake visa and passsport with his political influence and he Decided to leave Bangladesh and he went to Los Santos.
Career Story:
When Rage moved to Los Santos he clear his criminal structure by his FIB friend . But, he was broke that time and he don't have money. He started begging at road . One day some bloods cars stop Infront of him and kidnap him .They took him to blood leader and Rage don't have any idea what is waiting for him .Blood leader introduce himself to Rage and Rage finally realise it was one of his old friend who is doing crime with Rage in his early days . He offered Rage to join his gang and Rage don't have any other option so he joined him . Rage did a lot of successful store robbery, hostage situation and make a good amount of money. Now he can start a new life with all of his money .
Rage Leave bloods but blood leader is not happy about it .
He hired assassins to kill Rage . Also he announce 10 Million$ bounty against Rage .Rage realise it he cant leave criminal world like that otherwise he need to face consequence .That's why now he want to join Leo for protection . He talk with corrupt cop and clean his baground record . After that he joined USS and start working for them . Soon, he got promoted to director . Rage got transfer from USS to FIB because of his skills and soon he got promoted to BO3 in FIB. After some days , He transfer to LSPD and become COS . He stayed LSPD for next 5 term . After some months Sheriff called him to join SAHP . Now he is serving for SAHP as Assistant Sheriff . From Government to gang, every place he looked, he saw corruption .Soon, Rage hits the breaking point and embraces the darkest of the city and becomes a part of it.
Outcomes:
1- Rage is capable of using torture, interrogation to extract vital information, resorting to the harshest methods if required. ( No killing)
2- Rage can destroy devices like bodycam and radios and can find hidden ones with /try command and /do(2 times per situation)
3- Rage can take bribes up to ( 100K and Guns ) To help people escape and rob (Pickpocket)
4- Rage can use illegal weapons on/off duty and can sell illegal weapons that he picked up off gang/family members.
5- Rage can arrest someone for fake charges/capture them if he severely dislikes them, or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe)
6- Rage can lie about the request of a lawyer and not show his ID to any suspect.
7- Rage can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping.
