I would like to appeal my Fear RP warning that I got, regarding the incident that was taken in the Gas Station ATM robbery, involving gang members and my fellow LSPD officer. Let me start from the beginning, my colleague and I responded to my PDA for an ATM robbery. Once we are arrived to the area, we came across several armed gang members. We followed proper procedure by pulling out our guns and calling LSPD Officers to help us out. At that time, we were surrounded by multiple gang members who demanded that I raise my hands up and comply, which I did. I followed all their commands. I was protecting my life in Fear RP rule, and did not resist whatsoever.
However, within minutes, my colleague made the decision to engage with the gang members, which led to a heavy 10-10. In that time, all gang members shifted their focus entirely towards my colleague, not me. You can see that in minute 2:22
and no guns were pointed at me during that time. This is my only chance to escape while their attention was elsewhere, I made the decision to run away from the scene to protect my life. If they were pointing a gun to my head. I would stand still and follow their commands, but No one was pointing a weapon at me, and I was no longer in their direct line of threat. I only fled when the threat was no longer immediate and clear for sure. Not only that, but I believe my actions were within the boundaries of Fear RP. Therefore, I respectfully request that my warning be reviewed and lifted. I follow the rules very well and I love this city.
