In the thread provided in the Proof section you can watch my POV of a situation from this morning. I was being tracked by a debt collector and I have left the greenzone I was in. I then pulled out my weapon and issued demands to the debt collector saying and I quote: "Do not come near me. Do not come near me. Do not come near me! Do not come near me! Stay away! Stay away I will shoot you! Stay away I will shoot you!" The guy kept approaching me not fearing for his life at all and he only got muted for mixing?? He did not fear for his life one bit! He had a shotgun pointed at him at close range. I feel like those are proper commands given the situation. I had a weapon out and the demands and intentions were clear! Not all demands have to be: "Leave the area you have 5 seconds". There is no rule that states that those exact words must be used and I still believe my demands and warnings were sufficient given the situation. General Rule 6.15 states: When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them and the 5 seconds in this rule is an EXAMPLE. I have engaged in RP with the debt collector and my intentions were very clear. Variety in roleplay does exist and we shouldn't all just follow the script and repeat the same thing over and over again. I have tried appealing the warning here Rejected - Warning for RDM | Yuta Okkotsuu But Pablo Schmidt ruled it out as a correct punishment and that 5 seconds must be given. As I noted earlier the 5 second thing is listed in the official rule as an example and if you watch the video there has been 8 seconds since the first demand was given.
I am kindly asking for my warning to be removed.
