First Of All This Person came to ng raid while wearing fib vest and blacklava though these things are easily available in black market to confirm it i did pov request as it is a event. and if he is from fib then according to my knowledge fib is not allowed to go to scripted events while being undercover

Explain where this rule is broken. He is not out of his vehicle pointing guns at people so we cant say he is using his private car for official business. Is he in uniform while driving the vehicle? No he is clearly on duty and even after they told you he is an LEO not to shoot him you begin shooting him anyway? Even if you had a corrupt bio you wouldn't be able to fight against Leos and still after being told he is an Leo you emptied your clip into him despite being told he was an leo and all while he posed no threat to anybody. He wasn't even outside of the vehicle aiming guns so clearly he was there for some other business rather than being there to help you guys defend NG.
But here we are back again targeting FIB as per usual eh? Then what's worse is you trying to tell others what FIB can and cant do despite not being in the org. Typical gov agent. I hope your this quick to report your own people too.
