RDM at 00:17 ---- Mixing at 00:27 as it can clearly be heard he is responding to my message in non-rp chat by saying "what nice" , "RDM"

His name is apa mol he is federally wanted but im trying to figure that out by trying to identify him and as soon as i wore my FIB vest he flew out of the scene and then i proceeded to wait since i thought he would be back and he comes back but when i show myself he just logs out.

If you look at the city time you can see it is 10 minutes after and he flew back in the city and comes to same spot again as you can see im still waiting for him. Once he believed im gone , i proceed to show myself again so i can detain him but then he logs out again.
