I'm not sure what he was using to pull this off but hopefully he can be dealt with just wanted to notify u guys thx. me and family were trying to collect panels and we all died at the same time! just sucks to lose out on that to someone that doesn't want to play grand rp properly( if you pause the the video at 0:21 you can see the hackers id)
