Not sure about 37194 but in both clip 36947 does RDM and VDM before the bizwar event also he violated the Event Rule 1.2.

I couldn't see if I did RDM here, but your friends are doing RDM to me and I think these friends should also be punished by RDM and I'm sure the admin knows that he should punish his friends with RDM

RDM is not just about killing, if you shoot at a person, it is also called RDM.
