I haven t played Grand for a long time and when I entered the game I saw that I was penalized When I watched the povs on the forum where I was penalized I realized that I did not appear in the povs and I was penalized.

i got ban from this forum - Approved - Mass Targeting | Noxus Family
and i didnt target them pls check one more time
