Dear Admin
I was playing fam war and i didn't noticed that my game voice was not recording so i got banned for ER 1.7 but i am sorry i will check it first for next time , can u please reduce my ban period , I will not repeat it again so kindly i request you please reduce my ban it will never happen again.
Kindly consider my request honourable admin hoping for your positive respons !!
