2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 Throughout my time in this city I have witnessed LSPD thrive and fall term after term, I aim to provide a better understanding of RP within LSPD and in the city. The citizens and Leo’s alike will see improvements within LSPD that, in theory should be better than previous terms rather that be more activity throughout all hours of the night or everyone being more professional towards citizens. I have witnessed LSPD or well some officers be unprofessional towards others, I aim to put a stop to this.
2.2 I will not allow any favoritism in my organization as you should work to earn your rank. Ranks are earned not just given due to them being your friends or family members. All the high commands I put in their respective positions have earned that spot from previous terms or from any term I have been in and witnessed them put in the time and effort towards. If favoritism is noticed there will be two options that my deputies and I will discuss, this options are as follows, either a strike to both people involved and they will be watched or dismissal from the organization of both parties.
2.3 I have experience in all organizations with all being chief of staff or above. I have the strengths and mindset to lead LSPD back on top also, I have been General of the national guard and Sheriff of SAHP for two terms in both organizations.
2.4 Lastly, I plan to hire the best HRT team I can as HRT is the most important department in any organization from hiring all the way to training making sure any trainee is professional and will only help LSPD succeed. I understand how it is starting from the bottom and I want people who join LSPD to feel as if this is a family not just a job. IA will stay as a department to insure that no corruption floats around LSPD. No one is above the law and if found doing any corruption they will be punished accordingly to the law.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
3.1 I have always tried to implement EMS in someway and I plan on doing that again as having EMS involved will increase the RP. Either after hostage situations we take the hostages to EMS or just weekly health checkups.
3.2 S.W.A.T - I plan on having them with me involved hosting trainings with other orgs as a joint training to improve our skill set. I will also have them work closely with other organizations to insure that we have the best gameplans going into each and every situation.
3.3 I aim to have LI be apart of my organization too, something I rarely see done but, I believe this city deserves more news regarding the LEO work and how they operate. Everything you see on the news is the aftermath of what has happened so, why not invite LI inside to get a better outlook on Leo’s this will provide way more RP that I would really love to implement and see even after my terms are up.
3.4. PR - They will play a huge part in having a relationship with the citizens of this city but, that’s not all I will be apart of most and have some inter org events as well including the most rows in a week.
3.5 I will have a towie on the streets throughout all hours of the day to clean up the streets. This will provide a more RP experience with giving fines and towing away illegally parked vehicles.
