Hello.

I was robbing an ATM where LSPD officers rolled up and shot immediately without any RP or demands.
I was told by admin Jonathan Thomas that I have to RP the situation in ATM robberies, however LSPD decided to open fire on us without doing any RP.

I Dont understand what exactly you are complaining about, as POV states above from what i see is you and your friend are ready for an active gun fight so they gave you one but you just decided to run away. Its Called lethal force Not RDM...ma'am

lethal force is as states
Saving yours/ones life if is in a threatening situation to save yours. but for a better understanding of what lethal force is... used in the event of a threat to the life of state citizens, or if the suspect is trying to escape from the crime scene, to prevent a direct threat to the life of a person or employee.

Hello! just semi agree so lemme clear something about the stages since we are talking about Stage 5..

1. The Presence of a Law Enforcement Officer. Applies if there is no need to use a higher stage of the use of force.
2. Verbal Commands or Caution. Applies if it is necessary to suppress a violation of the law.
3. Simple Forceful Action - used if it is necessary to arrest a citizen (wringing hands, pressing on pain points and the usual use of handcuffs);
4. Severe forceful impact - used in the event of a threat of causing minor bodily harm to state citizens or causing damage to property (punches, kicks, batons, the use of electric shock devices);
5. Lethal force - used in the event of a threat to the life of state citizens, or if the suspect is trying to escape from the crime scene, to prevent a direct threat to the life of a person or employee. At least one clear verbal warning must be given before lethal force is used on a fleeing subject.
