ID 308531 gave me a fine, when I go up and spoke to him about the fine. He threatned to give me another fine for 'antiradar', he has no IC reason to believe that my car had anti radar but he said it anyway just to threaten me. When I asked him, he said he never said that and tried to deceive me.
