Dear Admin Team,
I would like to appeal the recent warning I received for alleged RDM. I believe the decision was biased and does not take into account the full context of the situation. I want to clarify a few points:
1. *Proper Demands Given:* I gave the player proper demands to leave the area within 5 seconds, and I was counting slowly to ensure compliance. Despite this, the admin concluded that it was RDM. I respectfully disagree, as RDM only applies when there are no demands or sufficient roleplay context. In this case, demands were given clearly.
2. *Inconsistent Admin Action:* I would like to highlight a forum post where Admin Babi Ruthless handled a similar report against the Assassins Family. In that situation, the Assassins Family members came to our family house and issued non-compliant demands without giving a proper 5-second count before killing us. My friend provided the entire situation's POV, showing how he had just respawned in the family house, took a car, and was killed outside. Despite the clear evidence of UB demands and RDM, Admin Babi Ruthless rejected the report, citing that the POV was not from the very beginning.
3. *Perceived Bias:* I feel that Admin Babi Ruthless may have been biased in favor of the Assassins Family. This perception is based on multiple instances where reports against this family have been handled inconsistently, resulting in unfair outcomes.
Admin Babi Ruthless asked my friend to provide the full bodycam of the situation before taking any action, but he didn’t ask the Assassins Army to do the same. The thread owner cut out the part where I gave demands and only recorded the part where I killed him. This is a biased decision because the admin should have checked the entire POV of the situation. While the admin reviewed only the portion showing me killing the person, he didn’t ask the thread owner to provide the full context. I request a review of this decision and the removal of my warn and any ban, if applicable. Please request the full POV from the thread owner to ensure a fair review of the situation
Given these points, I request a reconsideration of my RDM warning. I firmly believe that I acted within the rules by giving clear demands, and I hope that the admin team can review the situation fairly.
