The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
gangs will be moving fake money from paleto bank to ballas hq with a small van, LEOs need to stop gangs from doing it so they will gather up next to sahp hq and start heading to paleto bank to stop the gangs from delivering the van safely, a fight will happen between leos and gangs and whoever win should deliver the van either to sahp hq (if leos win) or to ballas hq (if gangs win)
