Hey Pablo or Jonathan, I do apologies for this rule break i guess that roof we are not allowed to enter from which is why i received this ban i think or abused a bug to get on roof am not very sure as it was never my intention if you check my history its very clean. This is my First Ban i have not been banned before, I have Battle Pass and really do not want to miss out on it, i have i think 5 or 4 days ban from today, Could i get ban removed this time i promise not to repeat that mistake it was never my intention to break rule. If not its all good i can server but i hope you can appreciate i put money into battle pass and really just trying to do my tasks and have access to my account again. Hope you Consider my Appeal.
