1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I have been roleplaying for quite a while. Ever since I returned, I have gained some experience from criminal activities, as I used to be on state all the time. I think I have gained much experience by being on rp.

3. What are your strengths?
I take constructive criticism in a very positive way, as it helps me grow and develop much faster.
I have good problem-solving skills. I try breaking down the problem so that I can get as many solutions as I can.
Good at working under pressure.
4. What are your weaknesses?
I'm a perfectionist, which often makes it challenging for me to delegate tasks to my teammates, as I tend to focus on doing things myself to ensure they're done right. I also have a tendency to take on too much responsibility, I sometimes find it hard to say no, leading to overcommitment.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
Good communication skills, team collaboration, and innovative ideas, as well as my problem solving skills.
6. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
I don't own one.
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
Not at all. Send almost 17+ hours on Grand.
