today I got ban for UB Money machine

One of my fam member he takes the money printing machine and place the money printing machine Roof of the fam house i try to remove but i don't know how to remove it . i already I called the admin (Vinay_Anna) to remove the money printing machine I was not protecting the money printing machine you can ask for Vinay_Anna I call him, but , but it telling the situation but my bad luck my bad luck my game crash so i can't explain the situation , i also get ban
