Hello, I’ve applied to most job openings in the Orgs of State, except EMS, and haven't received any response in a week.
For example, FIB has been active for a week. I visited them, and they told me to return in two days when recruitment opens. I did, but they said it would be "soon," and a week later, no applications have been posted.
Many join FIB, LSPD, SHAB, NG, etc., through friends, not actual RP. I don’t have friends yet, and it seems I need connections just to get into Orgs.
This unfair system needs review, especially by the curators in charge.
