2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. Improving RP is my first reason. FIB has a great impact on players. FIB leader has a great opportunity to create new RP scenarios such as collaborative operations with other organizations. There will be weekly operations, there will be one focus to criminal activities such as each weed traffic, wanted criminals, creating checkpoints etc. FIB will work with other organizations especially with LI and GOV to do these operations.
2. I have seen that FIB is in a bad condition disbands every week. I want to create a good team like i did before. I always care about my team and the environment inside the organization so there wont be rule breaks and early disband.
3. I can bring back good RP players and i believe in myself to find good rp players and train them to be future leaders. I have a fame and respect in this city and most of the people know me very closely. In short, i trust my experience. ( ex-FIB leader, ex-admin, ex-SAHP leader).
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. As i mention before there will be weekly operations such as each weed traffic, wanted criminals, creating checkpoints etc. which is approved by GOV and published to GRP community by LI.
2. Collaboration with other orgs is very important. When i was a leader i did a few IC events with LI and it was a good RP i will improve and continue this. It will charm new players to join FIB.
3. I will try to make 00's effective. They are useless everyone says useless because basically they do same things with CID agents. I want from 00's to focus on intelligence, disguise and busts. I will encourage them with bonuses based on busts and intelligences.
4. Bonus system will be based on departments. Each department will get different kind of bonuses.
5. I will create donation event as an IC event to FIB with the help of PR. Their name will be on next IC event posters and on LI posters for their kind attitudes. So we can solve economic problems a bit.
6. I think departments are the backbone of the FIB so i will put more importance on Head of Department and Deputy Head of Department ranks and there will be lots of differences between departments.
7. I will try to remove some paper work for low ranks to increase activity such as fine logs. It will work on especially for new players. I know when i was field agent it was very overwhelming to me. There will be less paper work but they will be more professional.

According to most of the comments and praises i get, my term was the best. Also, still i have the most likes. It makes me incredibly happy. For this reason I want to thank my lovely friends Christoph Kurtz, Bronson Blake, Vex Vexor, Tim Profit, Butti Fakes, Maxx Mandem, Edward Cullen, Kiana Kaslana and Jun Misugi for their splendid efforts, being a perfect friend and being the best RP players during my term. <3
