ok, i didnt know en1 had wierd rules like this. these rules are very bad. it will just cause evryone to CR spam at XX:00. i bet you love it tho xD

who said so, you can give him demands before it hits xx:00, and at xx:00 u can shoot directly without demands, but the mistake you did here is that you shot at him while following demands
