Why I Want to Lead Marabunta Grande:


1. Experience and Knowledge:

I have accumulated 17 years of experience in this city, actively participating in both state and criminal organizations. I Was Commander in SAHP Term Juli parker and Dave Scofield I am a curious person who now wants to lead from the front and apply the lessons I've learned to guide my gang and dominate the scene.


2. Innovative Leadership:

I need to bring in new ideas and make changes that have never been made. My goal is to make my term as a leader different and full of unforgettable moments of fun for all. I will make sure that during my leadership, my gang enjoys memorable events with proper planning and thoughtful decisions.
3. Reviving the City and Ghetto:​

So many people have been saying that the city and ghetto are dormant. So, this will be changed; I'll host an event every day or two, such as hostage situations, ghetto clapping, gun store raiding, and many other things just to bring back that old excitement. I try to make the events as fun and interactive as possible without breaking any rules.

Advice to Improve Roleplay in the Organization:

1. Incentivizing Participation:
I plan on giving a bonus to each of my gang members after every event, whether it is a win or a loss. Therefore, people will show up to more events and be more active .

2. Exclusive Benefits to Gang Members:
Major events, such as FZ raids and battleship battles, will give loot only to gang members. This would be a huge incentive for people to take part actively.

3. Daily RP Situations:
I will make sure to create roleplay situations daily, which would always keep things interesting not only for my gang but also other organizations, following all the rules.

4. Strong Leadership Team:
I have a good base of a leadership team: experienced deputies on both the crime and state sides. More importantly, I have five families who support my leadership.
Goals for My Term:

1. 100% Turf Team.
2. Domination of Ghetto and Highway with No Rule Breaks.
3. Successful Completion of the Term with No Warnings.
4. Events on a Daily Basis: One 24/7 store raid, One Gun Store Raid, FZ Raids, along with Additional Events on Top of Requirements.
5. Most Notorious Gang in City.
