Life Story:
Patrick Hunter was born into a Deluca Cartels family. His father Deluca Hunter leader of a private military company, Hunter Empire, operates mostly in Asia with Russia. Behind the PMC they were running a big drugs and money laundering business. All the drugs that were getting into Asia were by their hand. At a young age, Patrick only knew about the PMC business and he was very determined to be a great leader as his father, Soon his father granted his wish to be trained in various CQC ( Close quarters combat ) and later on in weapons. Soon he became good in hand-to-hand combat and a great marksman. On Patrick 18th birthday his father surprised him with an offer to join the OWL division run by his uncle. And he gladly accepted it. That's when he learned about the family business's dark side. But he never wanted to disappoint his father so he works right beside him. Under his uncle's wing, he learned about how to run and operate a special force. Soon disaster struck, Patrick lost his uncle in a covert mission. Patrick was devastated by losing his mentor. But his father noticed his leadership skills, and soon he was chosen to be the head of the OWL division. But after a few years, their entire empire collapsed because of the betrayal of his father's business partners. Before Deluca died to save Patrick life, Deluca sent him to Los Santos, far away from the dark past.
Career Story:
After escaping from his country Patrick came to Los Santos to meet with one of their old contacts who helped him. After a few days, Patrick went out looking for jobs cause he was out of money. tried to get a job as a waiter, or a car salesman but couldn't fit in. A week goes by and still nothing to do. One day at Capital ground he saw LSPD doing an open recruitment, Patrick thought why not give it a try? He gives his interview and gets selected as a Lspd Officer. Patrick was enjoying his new job as a LEO. While patrolling he got pulled over and got taken as hostage but a gang. To rescue him LSPD SWAT team was dispatched, and after multiple nerve-racking hours, Patrick was rescued. Patrick was impressed by their swift action and thought he could use his skills in that department. so he approached the HOD of SWAT and told him about his past, who he was, and asked that if he could join SWAT as a DHOD. HOD was impressed by his boldness and accepted his proposal. Day and night Patrick was working hard, proving to everyone how skilled he was. A few years went by Patrick was a COS of SWAT at that time and his then HOD was the new chief Of Police, during an NG raid one of the Deputy Chief of Police was shot dead. After a board meeting, Patrick was selected as the new Deputy Chief of Police. with his newfound power, he unveiled the truth of the city, how grim and corrupt it was. Even tho he tried to resist, but eventually the darkness consumed him as well.
Outcomes:
1- Patrick can take bribes ( up to 100k and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribes).
2- Patrick is capable of using torture, and interrogation to extract vital information, resorting to the harshest methods if required.
3- Patrick can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer, reject their request, and refuse to show any ID.
4- Patrick can arrest anyone he feels annoyed by or finds any violations in the law. ( with an IC reason )
5- Patrick can take contracts or start random prison breaks. ( with Darknet task or using USB 1 time daily )
6- Patrick can destroy devices like bodycam and radios and can find hidden ones with /try command and /do
7- Patirck can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping.
