The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
LSPD, FIB, and SAHP was conducting a meeting regarding some laws when an emergency beacon within the city went off. This beacon lets the city know that something major is happening at the Capitol. When the orgs arrived they saw the capitol was on fire and the governor was being held hostage. There has been heavy law changes and the civilians are not happy about it, which is why they took things into their own hands to try to change things within the city. LEOs must defeat these angry citizens in order to get the governor back to safety.
The way to win this event is for LEOs or civilians to defeat one another.

Why this event:
This event is being chosen so that Civilians and LEOs can go against one another to assert their dominance for their orgs. This will bring team building between different gangs and orgs while creating a fun atmosphere to compete against one another.
Role of Each Organization Involved:
LEOs will drive to Capitol from LSPD Headquarters in armored vehicles to the Capitol to take down the people who have the governor hostage! Civilians have to defeat the LEOs to keep the governor hostage and create their own laws within the city. Civilians can use cover inside the Capitol.
This event will be a 10v10
Other organizations involved: All LEO/Crime side/Life invader or Ems if not enough people.
Vehicles/weapons needed:
AR and armor for everyone.
4 Armored RCVs for the LEOs to drive to Capitol from LSPD.
Admin Requirements:
TP everyone and give weapons spawn cars and place barricades
Rules of the event:
Don't revive only use weapons given by admin, No Juices
How is the event won?
If Leos kill all of the civilians, if civilians kill all of the Leos!
Prize for the winner:
$200,000
