As i know a citizen can go in Gang HQ for joining and for any Rp events like Rp factory that always held in Marabunta HQ so As i know that a citizen will not get Ghetto Rule 1.3 and sir please check my history of organistion that i was not any organisation and your Admin name Babi Ruthless who is always Targeting our fam unusually so i want a strict action on this admin please help me sir for this i am requesting as a Citizen of Your City.

You cannot stand inside HQ to start RP factory event it is considered as Ghetto rule 1.3​
