2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

Answer: I personally believe that being a leader and leading such a highly dignified organisation would be an opportunity to make a great impact towards the city and its citizens. Being a leader is all about transferring the vision into reality.

Here are some of my reasons for why I want to be a leader of such well-know dignified organisation:-

A). I have been in the city for a long long time and my journey within the city and its various organisations have been all different ways. Learning from a rookie making mistakes and learning again and finally getting to the high command of every organisation is what I have gain my experience from. I want to make use of this experience of mine into FIB and make a great active term. I don't want to keep this experience only for myself rather I want to help others grow. Making my experiences and my vision on work with fib not only in present time but also for the future of fib is all I reflect on. My background and my experience equips me with skill that are necessary for making the FIB more active and foster a professionalism and a respectful environment within the city and the organisations.

B). I admire to be a leader of FIB because through my observation FIB is such an organisation which has far more importance and capabilities.
FIB being the most power holding law enforcement organisation can make a vast impact on community and its citizens. FIB has the power to bring all the legal organisations to work together to achieve a common goal and make a real difference in the city and its citizens we serve for. This organisation has the capacity to make a real significant positive changes in all the organisations of the city.
And as a leader I would like to focus on identifying and boosting our most effective initiatives so that they can reach to the wildest audiance possible. Including gathering feedback and improving on that particular context and gradually tracking our progress and using our resources given by the management efficiently to foster a change in the community and the city.


C). My desire to lead FIB comes from my vision and understanding the organisation's missions and its value. I have a believe that when a leader lines up with the core understanding and Originality of the organisation they can inspire others more effectively. This will not only help the organisations to grow but also helps to foster a passion among the members and a commitment to achieve common goals of the organisation


D).My vision and desire to lead FIB is to form and development a team that can help foster postive growth in the organisations.
In order to make this a reality I would focus on helping team members grow and succeed. This means providing opportunities for training, and providing a supportive environment where everyone is valued and celebrating their individual success. By focusing in their development, we build a stronger, more motivated team that can work effectively together and foster open communication and engagement within the organisation.



3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

Answer:- As a leader my prime priority would be enhancement and enrichment of RolePlay and Roleplay scenarios within the organisations and among the members.

-Followings are some of my ideas which I would like to implement in my term to enhance the roleplay within the organisation.

A). CLEAR OBJECTIVE:- Ensuring a clear objective about the missions and values of the organisation and conveying them to the fellow members of the organisations. Handing particular task for each member by knowing their interest and capabilities would not only help in growth of the organisation but also a self motivation to perform the task they love and value. Giving them the department that they master on would help them focus more and help in active participation. Hence would help in enhancement of roleplay level in the organisation.

B). EXPERT FEEDBACKS:- I as a leader would like to make a place in FIB for those expert coaches and managers to help observe and provide feedback accordingly.
This will surely help the officer to understand what they did well and where they lack resulting them to improve in that context. Their feedback would also help in overall growth of the organisations and enhance the roleplay level within the organisation..

C). SOCIALIZING AND ALLIANCE:- Communication is and will always be a key part to excel the roleplay level. Ensuring a good health positive attitude and communication within the organisations is must. As a leader I would love to socialize with the agents as much as possible. In order to do so I would like to perform a regular weekly meeting with all my fellow agents which will not only help socialize but also help to build a common stage to come front and discuss about their feedbacks, discussion about the ongoing crime and their ways to how they want to tackle those crimes. ALLIANCE or COLLABORATION is another thing to excel roleplay level within the organisations and within the city. As a leader of FIB I will ensure to good relationship with all the organisations within the city and make a good team and Collab with them to tackle and handle global levels of crime make successful raids, perform joint operations. This will ensure a good communications within all the organisations and help in enhancement of the roleplay level within the organisations.

D). WITHIN THE FIB:- As a leader I would like to making changes within the FIB to enhance the roleplay level. My first change would be implementing a newly specialised division and also make changes in all the current or present department within the fib to work more efficiently this will allow agents to join their expertise departments and allow a unique roleplay for them. Second changes is conducting regular training programs for instance for newly recruited CID agents to progress within their field of work. Training with scenario based and partnering newbie with an expert agents will help them grow and experience a better roleplay level.

E). RANKING AND BONUSES:- Creation of an opportunity to get a good bonus and rank for their hard work and activities is what make a roleplay level enhancement in the organisations. Ranking officer for their hardwork and passion and not just for some favouritism is what I seek upon. Creation of an extensive bonus system not only for the events they gonna attend but for the hard-work and passion they are with their work , for all the successful joint operations conducted their interest and level of activeness and response time in case of events and situation within the city can help enrich the roleplay level within the organisation.

F). As a leader I have some ideas to enhance the roleplay level more within the organisation. Lime for instance hosting events or we can say hosting small events within the organisation in weekly basis like promotion ceremony, events to celebrate each and every success we get in global level crime and crime within the city events to appreciate individual achievements and making a platform for each member to be recognised would surely help In enhancement of the roleplay within the organisation.
