2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
My Journey started in LEOs in Hiko's term as a Head Of Department and was working hard as possible to get known in LEO side of the city, I left after a few weeks money issues since I wasn't getting bonuses. After Hiko's second term finished, My friend Anii Yuna had gotten SAHP and I went there to help him out, I had gotten Chief Of Staff for PR and did PR events for him, I finished the term with him, I went to GOV and took Head Of Department and had abit of fun there and that's it, I decided to go to gangs to exp it a bit more, after awhile I came back to LEOs and went to FIB in Hiko's term again and got Chief Of Staff of JTTF and got promoted to Federal Commander as I was leading events at Night and Midday. During my time in SAHP, FIB and pretty much in LEOs, I have been Chief Of Staff in Anii's SAHP term and Hiko's FIB term, Federal Commander in Hiko's Term and Head Of Department in GOV. I have managed departments, such as JTTF, PR and IA. So, I know the day to day basis in SAHP.
- Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
- internal Affairs: Most ORGs suffer due to the lack of people in Internal Affairs or they are just too lazy to do their job, I will change that in my term and make sure Trunk, personal checks are done everyday, Bodycam checks are done on a 2 day basis, make sure all logs are being filled properly and clear out Corruption in SAHP, Ill also make sure I pass state inspections, pretty much Ill make sure that no one can tarnish SAHP's Image.
- Human Resources: Human Resources known as HR, HR is one of the MOST important departments in all Legal ORGs as they are the ones, creating logs, hiring and give roles to those who don't have it, providing training to new empolyees to make sure they get the hang of being a Trooper in San Andreas finest Organization known as SAHP. They will ensure the goodwill and needs of our Troopers.
- Public Relations: All state organizations need support of Citizens, my public relations department will make sure to provide a positive image of SAHP by hosting events such as a car show, pet show or even a fashion show, running events and aware citizens about the crime in city and work close with LifeInvader to bring good to SAHP.
- Special Task Force: STF known as Special Task Force will be first responder to events such as Gang Raids, Black Market Raids or Store Robberies, they will make sure that SAHP will have the max numbers in events and they will bust cannabis and collect evidence for FIB.
- Highway Patrol: Highway Patrol known as HWP will be responsible for keepings the Highways safe and keep cars off the roads to ensure that crashes dont happen, they also will be selling insurance to citizens, issuings fines to traffic offenders and pretty much make sure that Citizens feel safe while traveling the Highways.
- I'll also make sure that High Command Meetings happen and improve RP by always having someone to sell insurance and treat citizens with honor, respect and defend them againest corrupt officers. Implementing proper RP commands for troopers to use while selling insurance or patroling.
2.Ill also include a lucrative bonus system and promotion system to ensure that my troopers are happy and have money to flash out on cars or whatever their needs are.
