2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
When I joined the city, I quickly realized the SAHP was where my skills fit best. Over time, I've met great people and had rewarding experiences. Through determination, I climbed the ranks. Now, I'm eager for the new challenge of becoming sheriff and transforming the image of SAHP in our city.
1. : I have served State Organizations as High Command for a very long time, so I understand its responsibilities, challenges, and work culture very well. This extensive experience helps me identify and solve problems effectively. I know what it takes to keep the Term running smoothly and efficiently.
2. Being a leader was always my dream. I have a lot of things in mind to run the SAHP perfectly without many rule breaks. And always make sure that the lobbies are covered, troopers are going for the events and all the stuff, etc., i.e., I will make sure that my organization is active. I have a lot of things on my mind to activate the term as much as I can. I ensure that the troopers are always friendly and professional with each other. I want to build a bond as we are a family.
3. I have complete confidence in the advantages of cooperation and community. Throughout my time at SAHP, I've seen how teamwork may turn challenges into successes. I want to create an environment in which everyone is valued and respected, and where every trooper knows that their opinion is important. We can create a positive and supportive environment by encouraging open discussion and making helpful suggestions. I'd like to encourage our troopers to take the initiative by sharing their ideas and contributing to the role. Together, we can transform SAHP from a law enforcement agency to a close-knit community committed to our city's safety and well-being.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1. There would be no favoritism during my term. Everyone will be treated equaly and have a chance to showcase their abilities/skills.
2. I will provide heavy bonuses to the troopers that encourage them to work even harder for the organization.
3. I want to improve the level of role play between troopers and other organizations.
4. I will ensure that the lobbies are always covered and that the SAHP participates actively in events.
5. Weekly promotion ceremonies every Sunday.
6. Doing Collaborations with other organizations for Reducing Crime rate in City as well as County.
7. Weekly meetings with High Command for feedback and divisional improvements.
8. Surprise tests for High Command to assess eligibility for promotions.
