Dear i was permanently banned for GR 1.4 (twinking) i accept that what i did was wrong but during the time of making more twinks i was unaware of this rule and was told that it is okay to make new accounts with a different rockstar id and thats what i did even though my my main was accessible

i request my ban be turned down to 60 days on main instead of permanent ban i know what i did and I dont have enough money for money wipe but i have invested more than 4 million in skills and if possible reset the skills instead of money wipe

Please give me a last chance to enter the city after serving the 60 day ban on main
