Additional information

1. Leader of federal investigations of Bureau

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
A. Passion for law enforcement: firmly believe in justice, protection of the community, and leadership in the FIB places me in the front line of combat against organized and major threats to public safety. This position underpins my personal values and passion for law enforcement; therefore, this opportunity means a contribution on the highest level toward the security of the city.

B. Leader ship and team development: possess very strong leadership skills that I would like to contribute by helping others. I will work as a leader for the FIB in building a motivated and skillful team. I want to create a helpful environment in which encouragement can be extended toward each person for improving their skills, hence helping individuals and the organization become successful.

C. Strategic vision for fib: My vision for FIB would be one of an agency greater in service and usefulness to Grand RP. Given the strategic plans already put into play, I look forward to upgrading operations and moving the difficulty on cases upwards. Foremost is a need to make sure FIB is ready for the new flexible threats.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

A. Promote immersive and strict scenarios: i will encourage them towards more in-depth and realistic role-plays-meaning, it is meant to be the main focuses of how things actually work in real life; investigations, interrogations, tactical operations should strictly go by real FIB rules for good engagement, and better roleplay quality for one and all.

B. Enforce strict roleplay rules: Establish rules forbidding breaking character or using OOC. Professionalism in and out of character with each smallest aspect will bring great improvements in the quality of the roleplay of the FIB. Introduce regular training sessions as to the way the roleplay is going; it will help them show and thus teach those rules.

C. Host regular rp training and scenarios.
Arrange regular trainings in simulated situations: investigation, raid, undercover. The listed situations will allow members to improve their role-playing skills in teamwork, communication, and logical thinking, hence making the FIB more realistic and professionally effective in this role-playing environment.
