I recently received a ban on my account due to the use of screen recording software. I would like to clarify that I was using the Windows built-in screen recorder for personal purposes and not OBS as was flagged. I understand the importance of maintaining fair play and compliance with platform rules, and I assure you that I did not use any software that would provide an unfair advantage in the game. I intended to use the screen recorder solely for content creation, and I apologize if this caused any misunderstanding. I respectfully request a review of my case and reconsideration of the ban. I value my time on the platform and am committed to adhering to all rules.

You can check my history as I have not committed any mistakes before I didn't know that my software glitched at the time of recording as it did not record my voice.
