1.Leader Of: San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP)
2.Reason Of Becoming Leader Of SAHP
A. I have been in legal side of the server from a long time in every legal organization i have a lot of experience as High command or senior rank and i thinks its time to work as a leader of SAHP to work as a Sheriff. my past experiences are SAHP: Chief Of Divison, LSPD: Superintendant, NG: Commander, FIB: Executive Agent, GOV First Person Protection Force
B. SAHP covers a vast area of Los Santos which is the highways and the highways are the place where maximum atm robbery criminal activities and highway robbery held and i want to show the best term of SAHP every by attending most of the events and maximum numbers of Leos in every robbery or criminal activity it will the best under my term i ensure that.
C. Every term which gone too well have a strong and confident leader behind its success if the leader is hard working his employees will also be hardworking to show him there activities. and i believe i can lead this SAHP term too good then the previous ones and it will be the best SAHP term ever. i am very confident and i will work very hard to achieve it no matter what.
2. My Advices For Improving The Role Play Level In The Organization
A. Bonus System: Players will work harder and harder for the bonus and i will provide the highest bonus so they will will work more and more and with that the SAHP RP will the the best with the Best term.
B. Promotions: Motivating is the best thing which will take the rp quality higher the one who deserve promotions and deserve high ranks he will be given higher rank promotion in promotion ceremony. I will be conducting monthly 4 promotion ceremony which will make them work harder and keep motivated. As well as we will do fun together so the SAHP officer don't get stressed and build bonds in between for better rp
C. Strong Relationship Among Organization: Knowing other organization is must and having strong relation is best if we build strong relation so it will be great to up grade the rp quality personally meeting them making strong bonds is best
D. Departments: To Run Everything Smoothly And Properly Department are the key Department which will be there under my term Are.
1.Human Resources (HR): Is The Best Department Of SAHP which handles recruitment, Bringing New hardworking stars in our organization,Training Them And make sure they understand the roleplay of our organization in the city and know what to do in different situations.
2.INTERNAL AFFAIRS (IA): Ia Department Plays A Crucial Role in keeping organization clean.this department makes Sure No One is doing corruption By Conducting Activity Check,Bodycam Check,Licences Check And Background check
3.HIGHWAY PATROLL (HWP): This department patrolls the highway and make sures that there's no crime activity going on And Makes Safe For People To Go From There.
