Hello Lebron,
I'm contacting you because El Pepe has been refusing unban requests for no reason and has openly told me to break a server rule. To recontextualize:
- I've been banned from the Grand RP discord because my discord account was hacked and I totally understand my ban, El Pepe rejected my complaint saying I had broken rule 1.2RG. Rejected - Demande de unban discord |
- I made a 2nd complaint, explaining why I absolutely had to be unban (I was a deputy in the Marabunta gang, so I had to have access to the discord for the gang to function properly). And that's when El Pepe told me to break a rule, he replied “that I had to recreate a discord account because the bot was down” it wasn't true because 5 minutes later, a person got mutated in the EN chat. - In my 3rd complaint, I explained that I'd seen someone being mutated live, so the bot was no longer down. I also told him that I had sent him a message on the forum 5 days before to tell him that the bot was no longer down and asked him if he could unban me. I could have sent him a message on discord except that he blocked me following my hack. And in this complaint I told him that I had sent him a message and that he hadn't replied, and that there was no point in banning me for “Spam Complaints” because of his inactivity in game and when it comes to helping players.
When El Pepe saw my 3rd complaint he banned me from the forum for 7 days for “Spam Complaints” exactly the reason I cited in my complaint. What I don't understand is that he banned me from the forum just because he didn't reply to my message that I had sent him 5 days earlier, which gave him time to see it.
I hope you will understand my way of seeing things and if not, explain to me clearly why I cannot be unbanned from the Grand RolePlay discord even though I have regained access to my account, activated two-factor authentication and changed my password (here is the proof that I have recovered my account, which I had put in my first complaint)
