2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- Having been a part of previous terms within the FIB, including serving as HR Curator and holding multiple High Command positions, I am now highly experienced and ready to step up and apply for FIB leadership. My goal is to improve the organization and make it better
- As a leader, I will be fair in giving rewards to people who deserve it and promoting people who deserve to be promoted unlike the previous terms where we all saw a lot of unfair and favouritism, I will make this term more fun and the way I want to do that is by recruiting agents, listening to people who have problems within FIB to help them so that we can get unstoppable.
- Since I have been in Grand RP for a long time, I know all the rules and I believe that I will not do anything wrong, and I have a very good knowledge of the rules necessary to be the leader of this organization.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- I'm going to get a lot of agents in the FBI, and I'm going to create a training system that can help all the new officers in the city teach them what's right and what's wrong.
- Combine HR with IA department because people who join IA will also be able to recruit and train people and not just for investigations stuff, a lot of people join IA and leave HR and by merging these two departments together we will have more people in HR and as IA Which will help us to have more agents to train/recruit people.
- I will also be doing a daily check on people to see if they are aware of city rules/legislation to ensure no officer is doing anything wrong.
- I will also do more advertising through Lifeinvader to recruit more Units and I will mention in the advertisement all the rewards that people can get.
- I will also create a system to ensure that promotions and salary adjustments are awarded to those who truly work hard within the organization. Additionally, I will recruit people from all time zones, allowing us to have agents available for night shifts and ensuring continuous coverage.
