Life Story
Elrussi Flawless was born in London, England and lived in the center of the city. Elrussi ruled the street with his uncles at the age of seven and was taken to the street while adapting to dirty and unpredictable city life. From an early age, Elrussi began to lose his friends in street violence, leaving him ruthless and vengeful. Elrussi vowed to take care of the family of a friend who is no longer here. To do so, he took all the money he had collected, moved to Los Santos, looked for new opportunities, and collected enough money to offer him. Wealth for a loved one for a lifetime. Elrussi started out as a little criminal in Baras, but his street skills from an early age meant he was able to quickly move up the ranks and make a lot of money in the process. .. After walking around the street for a while, Elrussi wanted more. He wasn't happy with what he had, and although he was able to fully support his friend's family, his money preferences reached him. Then he couldn't stop thinking about crime because he was once the leader of a gangster who was a green gangster in the family so he at least helped me and they gave me information first You can pay me for the information you told me to have
Career Story
after getting alot of power in the city and having friends to do Corrupt stuff with bilal and bob and jayden and furkannnn After gaining all the wealth of the world and all the domination of the streets, too much eyes were turned on Elrussi and the members of his friends. The crimes committed by Elrussi carried the risk of massive arrests and life imprisonment, and in some cases life imprisonment. Fortunately, God was on Elrussi's side and had the opportunity to sign a contract with the FIB to help the organization fight crime in the city. Due to Elrussi's knowledge and respect on the street, he was a useful asset. After weedy shakespeare took over the leadership of the FIB, Elrussi began to support the organization as much as possible. But the streets flow deep into the blood of Elrussi, and his obligations and responsibilities to his people in Britain are part of his life motto that he never refuses. so i still help my street because its inside my blood i grow up in the street i cant leave it like the it will always be in my blood i will always try to help them if i can but if i hate them i will end them
1 - Can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping
2 - Will be able to use illegal weapons and items on/off duty and can sell illegal weapons/items that he picked up off gang/family members.
3 - Can take bribes (upto 100k).
4 - Can break any bodycam. (using /try to search and /do to destroy commands) Note: Can only be used 2 times per situation!
5 - Can lie/refuse the request of a lawyer and can refuse to show his ID
6 - Can arrest anyone who makes trouble with him and give the person in question fake charges (with sufficient rp)
