I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to sincerely apologize for the unfortunate incident involving my accounts during the time I was away on a business trip with my father from July 20, 2024. While I was away, I had left my PC on for crypto mining, and regrettably, my system was hacked, leading to the compromise of my emails, Steam account, Epic account, and Grand RP account.
I understand the seriousness of any suspicious activity associated with my accounts and acknowledge that it may have caused harm or inconvenience. However, I want to clarify that the actions taken during that period were not mine but were likely the result of the hacker's actions. Upon my return just two days ago, I worked hard to recover all my accounts, but to my dismay, I found that I had been project blocked.
I deeply regret any negative impact this incident may have caused to the community or the game. I assure you that I had no intention of violating any rules, and I am extremely sorry for what happened. My love for playing in the city is immense, and I would never want to jeopardize my place in it.
I kindly request that you give me one more chance to prove myself. I am willing to take any necessary steps to ensure the security of my accounts moving forward and to demonstrate that this was a one-time, unfortunate event.
