Rejected Jail for GR 6.16 | Joey Marshh

Hello, we were on the High near SAHP and we took an SAHP officer as hostage we were 4 people, we forgot to take his weapons while we were driving we pulled to take his weapons so we take his weapons for our safety, the hostage was in our fam car and we were 2 sitting in the car and we had another car which has 2 more fam members, so as I said we pulled over and I informed all of them to get out of the car so we can rob him and take the weapons, 1 of our fam member without telling us he went afk, so we didn't search the hostage or even demanded anything untill 2 more fam members arrive on scene, so we were 5 people and 3+ cars and then we started the robbery on the hostage after that, we were sent to the Jail by Joey Marshh for GR 6.16 which is complettly wrong, he said he has POV of the whole situation so I request you to check his Video footage please.
