we are raiding on the solar pannel as far i know of my knowledge For Solar Raid demands are not needed
we can shoot without warning as there is an IC reason to Steal Panel and there is only 6 mins left for collecting solar

pls give me a fair decision

In that pov no one knows who is defending this guy came to steal our solar but
