Hi, I got banned yersterday for GR 6.17 by Hiten Shikaari. But I would like to share my full pov from the starting where it is clearly visible that I used NVIDIA Shadow play and not OBS or any other broadcasting software. Kindly check the attached proofs and please lift the ban on my account. Also for that my voice is not audible, it was some problem with my microphone and my voice was also not being transmitted into the game as well. That's the reason why it wasn't recorded in the POV. You can see in the POV also that I refreshed the voice chat (timestamp : 01:30) in order to fix it but it didn't work. That's why I was then using chat to interact in RP. Therefore, I hereby request you to please lift my ban and I will ensure that such problems don't arise in future. Thank you in advance
