I want to be leader for following reasons:
a) for experiencing a better level of RP that I can find as becoming a leader of an organisation and getting some thrilled experience in the city.
b) Want to be General of NG for creating an recognisable impact in the city and maintaining fair RP for both myself and the coulligues and maintenance of security in the city is the foremost reason.
c) it is one of my dreams to run a legal org. And found NG to be one of the best where I will get a chance to secure my city.

Advice: Hiring more employees can be a better option that can reduce unavailablity of units
And taking back ex- employees those can further add an experienced work power.
Increase in the salary would be a better option to attract new applicants.
Adding few more attractive events for org. Can increase the attention of citizens.
