2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1.1 First of all that I have been in the city for a long time and I have spent a lot of time in the organization and gained experience And I know what the rules are in the city I have worked in every place whether it is a legal organization or an illegal one but I have most experience in legal organizations.
1.2 Secondly I want to become the leader of SAHP because I have been the high command in legal organizations like LSPD, National Guard, FIB, Government also SAHP and I know how to work in those organizations and I know how to handle any Kind of situation also I had Chief Of division in the past.
1.3 Thirdly Now I am fit to be a leader because I have learn a lot of things which I will implement in my term and I have learnt from previous Leaders how to work and I will try to bring a new things.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
2.1 If we want become leader so we improve the department and keep it active, then we have to Given the bonus timely so that the team gets it and there is a happy atmosphere also promotion In the end, I will also ensure that everyone's logs are proper. I will monitor their activities every day. And my main goal will be to ensure that everyone stays active and I will not allow corruption to happen as much as possible.
2.2 Also the most active one will get the (100K and Trooper of the Week medal) for most of the arrest , towing , also most giving fines.
2.3 So I have suggested a Good bonus system And I have make a separate bonus system for each events I believe if every event has a separate bonus system then troopers will get work perfectly with efficiency.

2.4 how an organization will work properly depends on its departments, how active is each department of that organization and what is its work and how is it performing So these departments will be under me.
1. Internal Affairs :- If the department has to be kept good, then internal affairs has a big role to play, so internal affairs will check that there is no illegal work going on in the department and will do regular basic checking like license check , background check etc.
2. Human Resources :- If there are more troopers in the organization, the work will be done faster and response will be quicker And it will also be kept in mind that the troopers will be active and a promotion list will be prepared.
3. Public Relations :- It is very important to maintain a bond among the citizens so that the citizens will soon join the Organization and also public relations take care of advertisement and promotion and conduct interviews so that the message of the leaders can reach the citizens.
4. Highway Patrol Team :- The Highway Patrol Unit will ensure that no vehicle breaks the rules because many people park their vehicles in no parking zones which causes problems to the citizens. Hence, the unit ensures fines and towing so that citizens do not face any problems And STF It will also help in their operations and also selling insurance and vehicle no plate.
5. Special Task Forces ( STF ) :- STF this unit is most important because it is the first responder of events Also, this unit will ensure that there is no illegal activity on the highways specially at night Time.
