2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Ans- 1) I have been working for SANG for sometime. I am currently Colonel of AF in SANG. As I am in SANG I have been attending almost every events from the side of state organisations but now I want to experience the other side by leading the Bloods.
2) I am DHOD of AF and I have experience of leading and I always wanted to be a leader. I want to set an example for people that not only old citizens of the city but also the new ones can lead any organisation if they have the capabilities to do so.
3) I have experience of working in state orgs. I have seen gangs getting clapped by state orgs many times but I want to ensure that if I get chance to lead, I will definitely make my term the best of the all. I will use all my experience to make the bloods the best gang in the whole city.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Ans - 1) Ensuring that every members follows all orders given by High Commands.
2) Ensuring that our Gang follows every rule of the events.
3) Doing FZ raids and Store Robbery on daily basis.
4) Giving bonuses to members do good and hard work every week to encourage them to continue it in future.
5) Giving good bonuses to members for participating in events to encourage maximum participation.
