Life Story: Raj Aryan was born in New Delhi and moved to Los Santos with his family shortly after. His father, an ex-FIB Assistant Director, was a man of integrity, and Raj admired his dedication to law and order, inspiring Raj's respect for legal organizations. However, their lives took a tragic turn when corrupt officers framed his father, planting illegal firearms and drugs in their home. His father was arrested, and after being unjustly convicted, he took his own life in prison out of shame. The shock of these events claimed his mother's life as well. Raj now seeks to avenge his family, driven by a thirst for justice against the corrupt officers and criminals who ruined his world.
Career Story: After reaching the legal age, Raj Aryan joined the National Guard, where his dedication and hard work quickly earned him recognition. Due to his exemplary service, he was transferred to various other legal organizations, including the Government, LSPD, and FIB. His commitment to upholding the law and fighting crime has made him a respected figure in every role he has held. Currently, Raj is serving as the USSS Deputy Director in the Government, continuing his mission to eradicate crime and corruption from the city. Raj Aryan remains fiercely committed to eradicating criminals from the city, willing to go to any length to ensure justice. Known for occasionally bending minor rules in his relentless pursuit of corrupt officers and criminals, Raj’s intensity borders on the obsessive. Whenever he witnesses crime or corruption, he becomes almost psychopathic, unable to tolerate any injustice. Even while off duty, Raj always carries his ID and handcuffs, determined not to waste a moment if he encounters a criminal. He refuses to let anyone slip through his fingers, as his sense of duty drives him to ensure no one escapes his watch.
Outcomes:
1. Raj is allowed to drive organizational vehicles while off duty.
2. Raj can cuff someone while off duty, but only if he has ICly admissible bodycam proof of the crime committed.
3. Raj can search someone while off duty, provided he has a valid reason under the evidence code.
4. Raj is permitted to use the department radio to communicate with other organizations while off duty.
5. Raj can carry organizational items off duty to respond to global calls and participate in ongoing shootings, but only against criminals, not law enforcement officers.
