He really appreciated his father, he started his police career in LSPD at a trainee rank but with his sharp minded thinking and his father's connections he got promoted to lieutenant in such a short period of time. But after that thing happened to his father he got disrespected by his colleagues. So one day one of the corrupt officer told him that give me bribe he will give him promotion, Raj thought about it for two days then got to a decision to give him bribe and got promoted to Head of Department. As he think about his revenge but he don't have any money to do anything so he also though to become a corrupt officer.
Outcomes:
1. Raj minazuki is able to use illegal weapons while off duty.
2. Raj minazuki can kill people anywhere on/off duty if they don't comply with her demands. (No RDM)
