1- I seek to lead the National Guard out of a profound respect and passion for legal and law enforcement organizations. I have past experience of state more. Among all the organizations I’ve served, the National Guard stands out for its adaptability and supportive work environment. As its leader, I am confident that my enthusiasm and experience will allow me to elevate the National Guard, fostering a stronger and more influential organization.
2- With extensive experience in the National Guard, I have gained deep insight into its operations and have identified areas that require improvement. As the leader, I would focus on addressing these issues with full commitment, ensuring the National Guard functions efficiently and without obstacles. I am dedicated to upholding fairness and eliminating any forms of favoritism. Recognizing that the National Guard recruits individuals with as little as three years of residency in the city, I understand the unique challenges newcomers face. Having been in their position, I will work closely with them on the ground, offering direct support and helping them integrate into the National Guard's structure.
3- Throughout my career, I have held senior roles in multiple organizations, including the SAHP, FIB, LSPD, and Government. My ambition is to elevate the National Guard's standing, earning the respect it deserves across all organizations. As I Have Experience In NG And Other Orgs I Have Noticed Many Issues With New Members I Will Try My Best So That National Guards Solider Should Not Fell Bored And Enjoy Their Duty With Bonuses And Other Stuff Like This So We Can Create Great Bond With Each Other And New Members Can Understand RP More Better.
I Will Create Different Departements So People Can work with more courage.
