General Rules 6.9 - Forbidden to heal and loot in the gunfight. ID 208, 60343, 25561, and 8199.
(The time I'm referring to, is the time of the clip from the incident)
ID 208 was the first one to pick up a gun at 0:11, he than picked up a gun at 0:22 for the second time
ID 60343 was the second one to pick up the gun at 0:13, he than came into my view at 0:26
ID 25561 and 8199 picked up a gun at 0:23 at the same time
