Hey, I’ve been playing Grand RP for quite a while now and currently hold the position of Chief of Staff in the EMS organization. Over time, I’ve gotten to know a lot about RP mechanics, and while I’ve enjoyed it, I’ve started craving something new. After going through all the rules, I’m confident that I can help new players find their way in Grand RP. Plus, my experience handling things in EMS has taught me how to manage tough situations smoothly. That’s why I’m really excited to apply for the Admin team - What are your strengths?:
My strengths include being able to adapt to any situation with ease, having strong communication skills, and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly. Additionally, I possess solid leadership skills, which I’ve developed through my experiences in various roles. - What are your weaknesses?:
My weakness is that I can sometimes be overly friendly with random people and a bit too talkative. I also tend to be a little overconfident at times, which occasionally leads to small mistakes - What skills can you bring to the admin team?:
I believe I can bring several important skills to the admin team. For starters, I’m really good at adapting to different situations, which helps me tackle unexpected challenges when they come up. I pride myself on my communication skills, making it easy for me to connect with both new and veteran players, so everyone feels included and supported. I tend to stay calm even when things get tough, which helps keep the atmosphere positive. Plus, my experience as Chief of Staff in the EMS organization has given me solid leadership skills, allowing me to guide and motivate others effectively.
