Hi Sir Actually I am banned for gen rule 6.3 for 60 days I am really sorry I will not make any excuse the only thing is I was not aware about this I returned to the game only few days back to play but I got banned . I request to please lift the ban I assure you taking the promise it will never happen again from my side I really wanna play but yeah sorry for my mistake.

I assure this will never happen in future.
