2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1) I want to lead the National Guard because I am sure I can make a difference. when I was in National Guard I have seen many problems like Lack of poor communication, Lack of Coordination and lack of seriousness among Solders Which I want to correct and give them a chance to proof them self. If I will become the leader of National Guards then I will look at the training of all the solders. My goals are to bring professionalism and dedicated back to National Guards making sure that we are taken seriously and respected by everyone in our city.
2) My aim is to create a rewarding and fun experiences for those who wants to see the difficult life of solders Inside National Guards . I fell Grateful to have a good team in my term . I will make sure that I can create or maintaining the grateful relationship with the team which I will get in my term. it is the crucial work for all of us to work together effectively and achieved our shared goals. Also we will explore cutting-edge ideas and accomplish engaging assignments to make the most of the National Guards and maintain its relevance.
3) National Guards started my journey. My priority is to change all unnecessary stuff to necessary stuff. My aim will be to keep all departments contributing meaningfully to our progress. This would benefit me and the National Guards as well Because when I joined National Guards I was thinking how org is working and it will give me more experience. I would get more units who I served with and know very closely.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1) I Will Introduce New ranking system so that it can be seen as a realistic and functional and New Strike system So that My units Can make less Mistakes also there will be a bonus system so that everyone can get there bonus and every weak 1 Promotion Ceremony So that the peoples who are working hard for there jobs.
2) I will create 4 departments in that there will M.P, S.T.F, H.R.T, A.F So that the Peoples who want to join any department can go to there chief and join it in every Department there will be 1 Chief of Staff 2 Hod 2 Dhod as a high command. Now I would Like to tell some special things about my Department also brief explanation of them.
2.1) M.P -> this department will work for going on duty means replacing one solders to another and there work is to call EMS staff for regular check up of the solders twice in a weak Also they will do the regular check up of Gun Licences Health Insurance And they will work on National Guards Cases And Finding Illegal Weapons Or stuff at any time whenever they want to check.
2.2) S.T.F -> this department will work for special operations which are conducted in city and helping other Organization during they required Reinforcement in city. These Peoples can do Ghetto Patrolling once in a weak and I will aim to do at least 4 ghetto Patrolling so that the People who joined National Guards at between of term and the time Of National Guards are disbanding then can also get chance to know how Ghetto Patrolling works.
2.3) H.R.T -> this department will work for hiring staff in Organization and give training to new solders.
2.4) A.F -> this department work is to use Aircraft and Helicopters which will provided by National Guards so that they can go to the location at time like if any organization needs Reinforcement or going in Ghetto Patrolling they can reach at time.
